Choose the day we work on your suspension unit. It must reach us by the working day before at the latest – by post or in person in Dällikon by arrangement. At the earliest in 3 days; dates are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and fully booked days can't be selected.

How your service works
How your service works
- Book – Choose the service and your drop-off date. Add the shipping label and a fork box directly as options.
- Shipping label (+ CHF 10.00) – You receive it as a PDF by email after ordering: print it, stick it on the parcel and hand it in at the post office.
- Send it in – Send your suspension unit so that it reaches us by the working day before your drop-off date at the latest. You can also send it with your own postage or bring it to Dällikon by arrangement.
- Service and return – If we find a defect, we call you first. Then your suspension unit goes back to you with Swiss Post.

The complete 200-hour service for your Öhlins suspension fork. The fork is completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt using original Öhlins spare parts according to Öhlins specifications.
Scope of services
- Complete disassembly of the suspension fork
- Service of the damper cartridge
- Service of the air or coil spring
- Cleaning of the lower fork legs
- Inspection of components for wear and damage
- Replacement of seals and oils using original Öhlins spare parts
- Reassembly according to Öhlins specifications
- Final functional test
For all Öhlins suspension forks – RXF34, RXF36, RXF38, DH38, RXC34 and others.

Tip: add the mid-season service
After around 50 hours of riding, your fork needs a Lower Leg Service. With the mid-season service you secure it now for CHF 99 instead of 119: a personal code valid for 12 months, and you book the date whenever it suits you. More about the mid-season service
Processing time
approx. 1 week from your drop-off date. Your fork must reach us by the working day before at the latest.

For heavily soiled forks, a cleaning fee of CHF 20.– will be charged.
