Choose the day we work on your suspension unit. It must reach us by the working day before at the latest – by post or in person in Dällikon by arrangement. At the earliest in 3 days; dates are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and fully booked days can't be selected.

How your service works
How your service works
- Book – Choose the service and your drop-off date. Add the shipping label and a fork box directly as options.
- Shipping label (+ CHF 10.00) – You receive it as a PDF by email after ordering: print it, stick it on the parcel and hand it in at the post office.
- Send it in – Send your suspension unit so that it reaches us by the working day before your drop-off date at the latest. You can also send it with your own postage or bring it to Dällikon by arrangement.
- Service and return – If we find a defect, we call you first. Then your suspension unit goes back to you with Swiss Post.

Lower Leg Service for all brands
Our Lower Leg/50h service is the perfect solution to maximise the performance and longevity of your suspension fork. With this service, the lower legs of your suspension fork are professionally maintained.
This service is carried out personally by Dave Rüst in our workshop in Dällikon – a suspension specialist and active downhill rider himself. He disassembles the lower legs, cleans them of dirt and deposits, and checks all internal components for wear and damage. He then replaces the seals and oils so that your fork runs smoothly and reliably again.

Mid-season service: pay for your next Lower Leg in advance
If you ride a lot, you need two Lower Leg Services a season: one at the start and one at mid-season. With the mid-season service you secure the second one right now, for CHF 99 instead of 119. Simply tick “Add the mid-season service” when you book.
- You get a personal code, valid for 12 months.
- You only book the date once your fork needs it. If you're injured or taking a break, the code waits for you.
- Redeemable for the Lower Leg Service, including with SKF seals. You then only pay the difference.
- The code isn't tied to you, so you can also give it away as a gift.
How often does my fork need a Lower Leg Service?
Roughly every 50 hours of riding, sooner if you ride a lot in the wet and mud. At the latest when the fork feels sticky, squelches or you can see oil on the stanchions.
How do I redeem the mid-season code?
Add the Lower Leg Service to your basket, choose your drop-off date and enter the code in the discount code field at checkout. Options such as the shipping label or fork box are paid for separately.
Duration: 24 h workshop time from your drop-off date. Your fork must reach us by the working day before at the latest.

A cleaning fee of CHF 20.– will be charged for heavily soiled forks.
