SKF Dual Compound fork seals for FOX 34

Fork seals not only influence how reliably dirt and moisture are kept out of the suspension fork. Their friction also has a direct impact on the fork's responsiveness.

The SKF Dual Compound fork seals have been developed with two bonded rubber compounds and an optimised geometry of the sealing and wiper lips. This allows the seals to follow the 34 mm stanchions reliably without creating unnecessarily high friction. This supports sensitive responsiveness while protecting the interior of the suspension fork from contamination.

An open tension spring on the wiper lip ensures uniform contact pressure and improves protection against dust, mud, and moisture. The redesigned metal insert stabilises the seal and ensures a secure fit in the casting.

• WPS FL01 Lower Leg Lube: lubricating oil for the lower legs
• Danico Biotech Race Grease: for greasing the seal lips
• PUSH seal installation tool in 34 mm: presses the seals in straight without damaging them
