The Vorsprung Telum is a coil shock that Vorsprung tunes individually for every bike: matched to your rear suspension kinematics, your trails, your riding style, and your preferences. Vorsprung builds it in British Columbia, Canada.

Tuned for you

Vorsprung gathers information about the rider and bike via their own Tuning Hub software and tunes the damping using their proprietary Rapid Revalve technology. Every Telum comes with a tuning report detailing the setup and recommended base settings.

Features according to Vorsprung

• Low-speed and high-speed compression as well as low-speed rebound are externally adjustable with a standard multitool
• Hydraulic Bottom Out (HBO) for the final 15 mm, paired with a bottom-out elastomer to prevent harsh bottom-outs
• Lock-out lever for a firm pedaling platform, such as for technical uphills on an e-MTB or forest roads
• Spherical bearings in the shock eyelet keep bending forces away from the shock

Mounting dimensions

• Standard Eyelet: 210 mm with 47.5 to 55 mm stroke, 230 mm with 57.5 to 65 mm stroke, 250 mm with 67.5 to 75 mm stroke
• Trunnion: 185 mm with 47.5 to 55 mm stroke, 205 mm with 57.5 to 65 mm stroke, 225 mm with 67.5 to 75 mm stroke

The stroke can be selected in 2.5 mm increments. Please check the mounting dimensions, mount type, and maximum stroke in your frame manufacturer's specifications.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Telum a tuning kit?

No. The Telum is a complete shock that you install in place of your existing shock. Vorsprung tunes it specifically for you at the factory.

Can the tune be changed later?

Vorsprung designed the Telum with Rapid Revalve so that the tune can be changed quickly. If your bike or riding style changes, ask us about the options.
