Vorsprung 24mm cone wrench for Smashpot V2

You need the Vorsprung 24 mm cone spanner to set travel and spring on the Smashpot V2, both when fitting it and every time you change it. The two hexagonal preload collars are locked against each other so the spring has no play. You hold one of them with the slim 24 mm spanner; the tightening torque specified by Vorsprung is 11.3 Nm.

For the top cap itself, use a chamferless socket, for example the PUSH Industries Chamferless Sockets (28 mm, 32 mm for FOX 38 and 40). Spacers for changing travel are among the Smashpot spare parts.
