WPS spring extender for shock springs with 38 mm inner diameter

The WPS Spring Extender lengthens a shock spring with a 38 mm inner diameter – such as the WPS SiCr spring. That gives your shock enough preload range, and the low-friction seat lets the spring rotate naturally as it compresses.

Which one do you need?

• 28 mm: the standard version, CNC-machined from homopolymer, lengthens the spring by 28 mm. It already comes with the WPS SiCr spring.
• 28 mm Split, with 38 mm spacer: three-piece, for shocks with a stroke spacer or a bearing in the shock eye that the standard extender won't fit over – for example the RockShox Super Deluxe Coil with a stroke spacer. 3D-printed from carbon-fibre-filled nylon, which WPS says is around 15% stronger than common 3D-printing materials such as PLA or ABS. A 38 mm spacer for less friction is included.
• 21 mm: lengthens the spring by 21 mm. WPS no longer makes this length; available while stocks last.

Together with adapters

On shocks with a smaller spring seat (FOX, Marzocchi, Öhlins, Cane Creek, DVO, X-Fusion), combine the extender with the matching WPS Performance spring adapters.
