The Sendhit Nock Handguards V3 are the new upgrade to the popular Sendhit handguards. By simplifying the design, the handguard has been made even more efficient.
The individual parts and the design have been re-engineered to:
- control impact deformation
- limit the transmission of impact energy
- better protect the knuckles in the event of an impact
By eliminating the FlipChip mounts of the Nock V2, which allowed for two lateral and frontal positions, the connection to the bracket has been simplified and thus made more reliable. However, this simplification did not come at the expense of ergonomics. The Nock V3 brackets are very compact and unobtrusive in the cockpit. Their direct mounting system offers more lateral adjustment options and ensures optimal integration into the cockpit, which is particularly useful for e-bikes.
The shield is the central element of a handguard and must withstand the toughest impacts. For this reason, the handguard has undergone several developments:
- Compact and discreet protection: 1 cm smaller than the Nock V2.
- Adapted shield thickness to optimise stiffness or flexibility depending on the impact area
- Controlled deformation of the shield under force for better hand coverage
