Spare and conversion parts for the Vorsprung Secus Air Spring Upgrade.

What is what?

• Seal Kit: All O-rings for servicing the Secus. Best changed together with your fork service.
• Footstud: For when you move your Secus to a different fork. FOX A1: FOX 32/34 from 2018 onwards (non-recessed foot nut), FOX 36 from 2018 onwards, Marzocchi Z1 from 2019 onwards. FOX A2: FOX 38 from 2021 onwards. FOX A3: FOX 40 2018–2026, with FOX 40 Piston. RockShox A3: Pike, Revelation, Lyrik, Yari, ZEB, BoXXer 35. RockShox A4: BoXXer 38 2024–2026.
• Footstud Adapter A2 to A3: With 6 x 1.5 mm O-ring; only necessary for a Secus RockShox A2 kit on a fork with ButterCups.
• Footstud Adapter A3 to A4: Allows you to mount a Secus RockShox A3 on a BoXXer 38 (without Linear XL).
• BIP Seal Head (B1/B2 DebonAir): Required for the Secus RockShox A3 if a C1 DebonAir air shaft (red foot nut) is installed, in Pike/Revelation from 2021 onwards and Lyrik/Yari 2012–2022. The C1 seal head shortens the air shaft. The Secus can be mounted, but it loses travel and makes an audible knocking sound upon rebound. Vorsprung strongly recommends switching to the B1 seal head.
• FOX 40 Piston: New piston for the FOX 40 if you are switching from a different fork or if the old one is defective. Screw the piston base on by hand, apply red Loctite to the thread, and tighten to 50 in-lbs with a 10 mm socket.
• FOX 40 Piston Removal Tool: Used with a 16 mm socket to remove the golden stock piston base of the FOX 40.
